Mutuelle Generale de l’Education Nationale (MGEN) will use GraphTalk AIA as part of a strategic overhaul of its IT environment, which aims to consolidate and standardize its administration systems.
Under the two-year agreement, MGEN will consolidate the administration of a portfolio covering more than three million insured people onto the GraphTalk AIA platform. The new consolidated system will be deployed in MGEN’s administration and call centers, as well as throughout its 101 branch offices.
GraphTalk AIA will enable MGEN to target two objectives: significantly increase the quality of our service and improve our relationship with our members, commented Gonzague Guerin, information systems director at MGEN. The system will also enable us to be more flexible and launch new insurance products more rapidly, especially in the area of personal assistance where customers have more specific and diversified service requirements.
