Rotterdam, Netherlands-based ICE offers consulting and support services around SAP applications, as well as providing data and project management. The company’s clients are mainly drawn from the manufacturing, utilities, and insurance verticals, and include multinationals such as Philips, Shell, Allianz, and Akzo.

The purchase of ICE will add to Genpact’s existing portfolio of applications management and support services. The company’s offering currently covers business intelligence and data warehousing, CRM, and financial management, with delivery centers in India, China, the UK, and the US.

Genpact is India’s largest BPO provider. Owned by General Electric, Oak Hill Capital, and General Atlantic, the company is rumored to be planning an IPO in the US later this year, although no official announcement has been made.
