Bebo claims to be among the largest in its space with over 31 million registered users and has chosen London, UK-based PacketExchange to prevent the slow web page downloads experienced in certain regions, said the network provider.
By utilizing PacketExchange’s lProXimity peering and eXpress services, Bebo, which is also based in the UK, will be able to access to customers directly over a connection specifically designed to support rich media applications. This will help to improve web page download speeds for Bebo customers, leading to an improved user experience, said the two companies.
