ISI’s healthcare offerings currently include the Infortel Select Call Accounting and Reporting software, Telecom Profit Optimization and Auditing services, invoice management, network services and business process outsourcing.

Telecom Profit Optimization is normally the initial step in a telecom expense management solution. It consists of a complete audit and analysis of the client’s telecom bills, along with a Telecom Asset Inventory. This inventory is valuable to healthcare providers, ISI claims, as many of its customers manage remote medical offices and clinics, making it more difficult to keep track of telecoms assets.

The new ISI division will be headed by Mark McNeill, director of healthcare telecom services.

With the formation of this new division, ISI will be able to dedicate even more resources to healthcare customers and develop products and services specifically for the telecom needs of healthcare users Mr McNeill commented.

One of these new products is a customized Call Management report based on our award-winning Infortel Select product, which enables healthcare organizations to track all telecom expenses related to specific medical research grants, he continued. Another new offer is a product set designed to create new, telecom revenues for hospitals while enhancing the patient’s communications experience during their hospital stay.
