vCom Solutions, a provider of Telecom Management as a Service (TmaaS) to mid-enterprise business, has launched vManager 3.0, a new version of software that adds business intelligence to expense management.

With vManager 3.0, vCom users will receive business intelligence as part of their cloud-based software offering that provides comprehensive visibility and control over their telecom environment, the company said.

vCom’s VP of Technology Adam Shawley said vManager 3.0 directs users to actionable information from within their account without requiring them to search the data.

"The software scans their telecom environment and selects data which is translated into a newsfeed of account information," Shawley said.

The newsfeed portals are part of the familiar vManager centralised visibility and control of account information, but with a redesigned look and feel to improve the users experience with the menu of dashboards and drillable reports.

vManager 3.0 also includes new context-based dashboards that put more information at users’ finger tips by customising Home Screen information as users alternate between tasks.

vCom Solutions manages all aspects of the carrier relationship for the users through a wholesaling model that aggregates buying power, streamlines processes and provides software tools with support teams to reduce costs and improve service.
