Adobe Systems and Deloitte Consulting have entered into a strategic agreement to create and deploy a new generation of applications designed to extend the reach and impact of enterprise systems for improved customer experience.
Under the agreement, both the companies will deploy user-centric, Internet offerings that simplify complex applications and integrate front end and back end systems for productive and intuitive business processes.
The companies said that with Adobe’s products for customer experience management, Deloitte can deliver intuitive applications that enable an organisation’s front-line employees to be more customer-driven and help ensure customers can effectively use self service tools any time, any place.
Adobe digital enterprise solutions senior vice president and general manager Rob Tarkoff said forward-thinking businesses and government agencies recognise that compelling user experiences drive technology adoption and build greater differentiation and brand loyalty.
"We are excited about our relationship with Deloitte and look forward to accelerating the Customer Experience Management arket, while enabling them to leverage their existing IT investments," Tarkoff said.
