SunView Software, a provider of IT service management software, has unveiled two new versions of its Web-based ChangeGear IT Service Management software to provide small and medium businesses (SMBs) with cost effective offerings for IT service management.
The two new products which are part of its Express edition are ChangeGear Express-Change Edition and ChangeGear Express-Service Desk Edition.
The company said that the Express editions provide small businesses or departments with easy-to-use software that can be up and running in a matter of minutes.
The Web-based .NET architecture and pre-configured settings in ChangeGear Express allows quick and easy deployment in user environment.
ChangeGear Express Change Edition features include built-in business process automation; multi-level approvals; alerts and notifications; and historical audit-trail
The company said that the ChangeGear Express Service Desk Edition features self-service portal; personalised dashboard; multi-tiered notification structure; and standardised IT process workflow.
