LG-Ericsson USA has announced the availability of its iPECS ES Series of Ethernet switches including unmanaged (ES-1000 series), smart (ES-2000/2000G series) and managed (ES-3000/3000G) Ethernet switches.

The company claimed that its iPECS ES Series switches are designed to deliver ease-of-use to provide scalable network infrastructures that support data and voice applications.

The iPECS ES series incorporate Plug-and-Play capabilities and are managed using a Web interface.

In addition, they also feature Advanced Quality of Service (QoS) for optimal support of applications such as voice and video communications, and RADIUS authentication and multi-layer filtering for enhanced network security.

LG-Ericsson USA CEO Mun said that the company’s iPECS ES series Ethernet switches are ideal solutions for businesses that demand performance, scalability, robust feature sets, and reliability to support the demands for advanced network-enabled applications in the SMB and enterprise.
