Premiere Global Services (PGI) has reported total revenues of $142.3m for the third quarter of 2010, a decrease of 3.8% as compared to $148m for the same quarter in 2009.
The company’s operating income for the quarter was $9.4m as compared to a loss of $1.2m for the same period last year.
The company has posted income before income taxes of $5.5m as compared to a loss for $3.8m for the same quarter prior year.
For the quarter ended 30 September 2010, the company has posted net income of $3.8m, or $0.07 per share, as compared to a loss of $12.6m, or $0.21 per share, for the same period last year.
PGI founder, chairman and CEO Boland Jones said the company remains excited about its future with a growing market opportunity, a new suite of proprietary, next generation meetings offerings and a singular focus on becoming an efficient virtual meetings company.
