GoIP Global has signed a letter of intent with Worldlink Group to acquire its US subsidiary that holds US rights for Worldlink’s patented technology and platform.
Worldlink Group processes and develops offerings to access real-time information by individuals and organisations over mobile telecommunications networks, and offers mobilmarkets, which facilitates download on a data set selected by the recipient.
GoIP Global CEO Ike Sutton said, the acquisition, when closed, will increase the valuation of the company that will provide substantial increase in revenues and licensing fees.
"The US value for the Patents held by Worldlink are currently being evaluated. This strategic relationship with Worldlink has numerous advantages for GoIP and Worldlink and their shareholders, Sutton said.
