Unified communications software offerings provider Mitel has unveiled two new enhancements to its mobile voice and data service through Mitel NetSolutions.

Mitel said that the new enhancements provide corporate mobile users with improved efficiency and availability through increased speed of access to data services and extending unified communications office experience to mobile users.

The company has introduced Mobile Wireless Integration that allows users to access their entire corporate voice network from their mobile device.

This enables mobile workers the ability to access Mitel’s portfolio of mobility, conferencing, and collaborating applications.

The company said that its new Adaptive Mobile Connect provides customers fast speeds with hybrid 3G/4G data services, and provides a disaster recovery capability should wireline service be interrupted.

Mitel NetSolutions president Jon Brinton said, with the demand for 3G and 4G capabilities growing, offering hybrid 3G/4G service packaged with the company’s unified communications solutions was the next logical step.

"In fact, Mitel Mobile users can unify their multiple devices for all their voice and data needs; the service bundles the benefits of mobile services and the corporate voice network, all on mobile devices," Brinton said.
