GroupLink, a provider of help desk, service desk, incident management and CRM offerings for Novell environments, has unveiled Novell ZENworks 10 integrated service desk, an everything HelpDesk.

GroupLink said that the ZENworks Configuration Management is an offering for advanced configuration management capabilities.

The new ZENworks 10 integration adds to the current integration points of GroupWise or Exchange, eDirectory or Active Directory (LDAP), and Linux (OES2/SLES10) or Windows.

The company said that everything HelpDesk offering allows customers to lower the yearly IT infrastructure costs.
