Drishti-Soft Solutions, a provider of IP telephony and call centere offerings, has entered into a strategic alliance with Orange Garden Indonesia, to bring forth a quality technology offering for the contact centres & enterprise segment of Indonesia.

Drishti said that by adding its IP-based call centre software Ameyo, to OGI’s offerings, OGI can further bridge gap between the need and availability of quality offerings in the domain.

The IP-based call centre software integrates predictive dialer, ACD, IVR, CTI, CRM, database, reporting and voice logging into a single offering.

The SOA & MDA based architecture of the Ameyo provides it flexibility to accommodate complex integrations with existing business applications.

OGI founder and director Dedy Dang said that the Ameyo offers all communication applications in a single product which makes it a feature-rich and all-in-one suite.
