Genpact had reached an agreement with ICBC Leasing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, to extend a two-year contract signed in 2008 for six months so as to further strengthen development of ICBC Leasing’s financial and IT facilities and facilitate the support of a corporate information system.
In the renewed contract, Genpact will focus on improving previous tasks and developing new functionalities to further strengthen the construction of an information platform for ICBC Leasing’s financial system and develop a Oracle-based operations management system.
Genpact China vice president Zhu Gang said that as the largest financial leasing company in China, ICBC Leasing has high expectations of their information system and financial management.
"While solidifying our existing achievements, we will focus on innovation to support ICBC Leasing’s business with a more comprehensive system," Gang said.
