Xchanging, a provider of procurement, accounting, human resources and technology services, has agreed to acquire Data Integration (DI), a UK-based networking, security and communication technology provider, to strengthen its technology capabilities in network managed services.
Xchanging said that the acquisition brings a strategic customer base in the UK through its existing network managed service contracts and also enables it to establish a reseller platform.
The acquisition consideration will be paid in cash over two years through a combination of a guaranteed payment of £6.5m and an earn- out of up to £2.5m, contingent upon the acquired business delivering operating profit targets.
Data Integration is a privately held company that specialises in network security, application optimisation, mobility solutions, high performance networks, IP telephony and open access networks.
