US-based Xiocom Wireless, a provider of integrated wireless broadband solutions, has acquired RoamAD, a New Zealand-based provider of converged wireless networks services, including its brand, trademarks, intellectual property and patents.

According to Xiocom Wireless, the strategic acquisition of the RoamAD platform brings to Xiocom a router and network management technology for wireless broadband networks. The integration of RoamAD and Xiocom technologies enables a cost-effective deployment of wireless broadband networks globally.
