British satellite broadcasting company, Sky has launched a new set of broadband rental services exclusively to its TV customers, claimed to be cheapest.

Sky’s new services are offered £20 per month which includes line rental (£27.40) and a reduced one set up cost of £19.95 for Sky TV customers along with TV customers with Sky Broadband when they sign up for an 18 month contract.

According to Sky, the average download speed in the UK is now 34 Mb and 25GB monthly usage allowance, its customers can now fully explore its services, including its On Demand videos ranging from movies and TV shows.

Sky has also offers broadband plans for customers who download large amount of data. The second plan is Fibre Unlimited plan with a UK average download speed of 34mb, unlimited usage for £30 per month, including line rental of £37.40.

The third plan is Fibre Max, plan with UK average download speed of 60mb and unlimited usage for £35 per month with line rental of £42.40 plans. These two plans are also exclusive for Sky TV customers, the company noted.

To support the broadband services, Sky is also introducing a new broadband tech support team which has been specially trained to resolve customers’ broadband issues and strengthen company’s customer service.broadband speed

Its new customer support will help in running the broadband service smoothly and at optimum speed and solve most broadband issues online or either over phone.

And when any issue has not been solved, a specially trained engineer will be sent to the customer’s to solve the problem.
