Myspace is a social networking website incorporating email, forums, communities, videos and weblog space.
Myspace was founded in 2003 and used to be one of the most popular sites on the web. It has been declining in membership for several years, having been surpassed in its number of users by Facebook in 2008.
Myspace has had several major owners, including Rupert Murdoch’s company News Corporation and musician Justin Timberlake. Since February 2016 it has been owned by Time Inc.

Unique features include Bulletin Boards, which post content to all of a user’s friends on the site. The site has been through several redesigns since launch but has failed to achieve the kind of success it saw in its early days.
