BCE Inc’s BCE Telecom International has joined forces with the Moscow Local Telephone Co to install a private digital telecommunications network for Moscow’s business community: the Canadian company will pay half the initial estimated US $25m cost of the digital overlay telecommunications network, which will initially serve about 5,000 subscribers in business, government and embassies, growing to 30,000.
