Centel Corp, Chicago is to put its 55.2% stake in Omaha Cellular Ltd Partnership into a partnership with Lincoln Telecommunications Co: Lincoln will pay Centex $11.9m and a discount note for $23.8m for half of the 55.2% stake and after five years will have the option of buying the other 50% of the stake; the cellular franchise serves Omaha and the surrounding areas in Nebraska.
