Compel Group Plc, Welwyn Garden City, has acquired PC Systems House in the North East, Hill International Ltd from the receivers: it is a UKP4m-a-year reseller of local area network systems and also has UKP500,000 in maintenance contracts; it will be renamed Hill Compel and will remain a Novell Inc reseller.
