IBM Corp and British Telecommunications Plc shared a platform on the opening day of Telecom ’91 in Geneva yesterday to announce that they had developed interface software that will enable IBM’s NetView and BT’s Concert network management systems to cooperate but the first release, set for early next year, will only enable Concert to send information to NetView, and will not operate in the other direction.
