Equisys, a developer of software packages for document production and delivery, has introduced Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Microsoft Dynamics is a suite of enterprise resource planning that automate and streamline financial, customer relationship, and supply chain management and are integrated with other Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
Equisys claims that Zetadocs for GP allows Microsoft Dynamics GP users to manage documents electronically, eliminating paper from the sales order and other document-intensive financial processes by managing these tasks from beginning to end on-screen.
Zetadocs for GP also helps streamline the process for automated notifications and approvals and provide an audit trail that ensures financial accountability and compliance with regulatory requirements for document retention, said Equisys.
