Computer Automation Inc has completed acquisition of Lanco Inc, Irving, Texas, for 2.9m new shares and won $1m in working capital from Renaissance Capital Partners II Ltd, Dallas, through an amendment to the outstanding convertible debenture agreement with Renaissance Capital.
