Keane Inc, Boston now has definitive agreement to acquire the AGS Information Services arm of Nynex Corp’s AGS Computers Inc, a specialist in AS/400 software, for an undisclosed sum in cash; the acquisition should enable Keane nearly to double its 1993 revenues to about $350m in 1994; Mountainside, New Jersey-based AGS provides computer consulting services including systems integration and body shopping services in the US and Canada.
