These things just aren’t meant to happen, but Comdisco Inc reports that its Comdisco Recovery Services Inc experienced a power outage at its Carlstadt, New Jersey computer recovery and computing services complex last Thursday as a result of an extra-tropical storm that affected the entire US eastern seaboard; Comdisco Computing Services Corp, a customer of the centre with its own computers on site, declared a disaster at 10am and says it executed a successful recovery within 24 hours in one of the computer recovery buildings.
