AT&T Co’s AT&T Networks Systems and AT&T (Thailand) Ltd signed a contract with TelecomAsia Corp valued at $273m to supply transmission and switching equipment and outside plant and services for 350,000 lines: the contract has been approved by the Telephone Organisation of Thailand agency that awarded TelecomAsia a concession to install 2m new lines as part of its plans to improve the Thai phone network.
