Cray Electronics Holdings Plc’s Cray Communications Ltd has announced two enhancements to its service packages: it is introducing guaranteed fix time service – based on the time taken to restore service as opposed to the time taken for an engineer to arrive on site – as well as a two hour response package as a standard option for on-site maintenance service.
