Apple Computer Inc’s Apple USA yesterday launched a volume licensing programme for software under which customers can acquire software licences, support and maintenance in volume for some Apple software: the programme includes tiered volume pricing based on the number of CPUs licensed per product, with a flat price per each tier, and customers can also buy volume licences for site locations outside the US.
