Despite the Taiwanese and Chinese administrations remaining sworn enemies for public consumption, trade and investment ties are growing all the time, and now Acer Inc has won approval from the government in Taipei for its Acer Peripherals Inc affiliate to open a factory to make keyboards in Shanghai.
