Daimler-Benz AG says its partnership with Cap Gemini Sogeti SA is progressing very well, and that work for companies outside the Daimler group has grown to 40% of the total; Debis management board chairman Manfred Gentz also said he could not say whether Daimler would excersise its option to buy 51% of Sogeti SA, parent of Cap Gemini Sogeti – What is important is that the practical cooperation is run-ning so well that it is not necessary to have a majority, he said.
