Compagnie des Machines Bull SA has won a Japanese distribution agreement for its Charme artificial intelligence language with the ISAC subsidiary of Sekisui Chemical Co, which specialises in expert systems; Bull hopes that the company’s knowledge of the particular characteristics of the Japanese market will give the effort a head start.
