Borland International Inc has won a restraining order against Symantec Corp and two of its executives from the Superior Court of the State of California, which granted a temporary order on Symantec, chief executive Gordon Eubanks and executive vice-president Eugene Wang, barring them from disclosing or using any of Borland’s trade secrets and preventing Symantec from destroying Borland documents; it also requires that it return any Borland materials in its possession; the suit alleges misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract.
