Vistrian has released version 5.0 of manufacturing intelligence system FactoryLOOK. The new software platform allows for alerting and identifying of process anomalies and provides the ability to identify factors affecting the development or manufacturing process and its variables.

The company said that the new software platform integrates enhanced dashboards, a user configurable rules engine and the ability to be utilised in virtually any type of industry or process with configuration changes. It also stores and archives collected data for use in query analysis.

According to Vistrian, the software is used as a tool to integrate all processes and equipment data and to provide access to all users using a web browser. It includes the facility, environmental, tooling, test equipment, flat files, legacy systems and operator interfaces. It provides analysis, alerts, and reports using the integral rules engine in real-time, thus providing the user with timely information to optimise operations and processes.

Ronald Allen, co-founder and CEO of Vistrian, said: “The release of FactoryLOOK 5.0 is a culmination of over 5 years of development and implementation with our customers. We continue to invest in the optimization of our product to meet the needs of our current and future customers.

“We see FactoryLOOK 5.0 as a ‘Top Layer’ application which aggregates all of our customers data into a single interface allowing for true visibility of the process.”
