Burlingame, California-based Xiox Corp says it has acquired all of the outstanding shares of Summa Four Business Products Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Summa Four Inc, for an undisclosed cash sum: Xiox reports that it has an installed base of 2,000 local network and personal computer software Telemanagement customers for its Call Accounting Series, Facilities Management Series and Traffic Engineering Series; the Summa Four Business Products Subsidiary of Xiox will continue to be located at its Manchester, New Hampshire base; it is claimed by Xiox to have over 14,000 stand-alone and personal computer Telemanagement installations of its call accounting systems.
