Comdisco Inc says it believes that fiscal 1992 earnings will be about $1.60 a share compared with $1.78 a share a year ago, but revenues for the year to September 30 should be up slightly to about $2,200m from last year’s $2,170m; the current quarter is expected to see 35 to 40 cents a share against 47 cents a share for the yearago quarter; the company says that in the last 30 days, it has seen a pickup in business written, and that customers are asking us to look at current installations of their computer equipment at an increased rate; European business could be back at break-even by year-end, after losing nearly $8m in the first half.
