Everex Systems Inc continues to expand its UK empire, and the Fremont, California company now says that Everex Systems (UK) Ltd has acquired Wenger Printers Ltd, a the Chalgrove Oxfordshire-based specialist printer supplier: Wenger Printers was established in 1982 as the UK sales outlet for its Swiss principal and in that time has established itself as a developer of specialist printing systems and leading-edge printing technologies – using experience gained in the development of Tempest radiation-shielded printers for secure NATO and Government markets, Wenger is now marketing systems to perform special printing functions to a broad range of large customers; the terms of the deal were not given.
