Two new PC World computer stores are to be opened in the UK – at Brentford, Middlesex on October 31 and Staples Corner in North London on November 21: they will offer 4,000 hardware and software lines at prices claim-ed to be 40% lower than other retail outlets and will provide advisory, repair and support services; the stores will be chasing corporate custom in addition to home users; customers will have the chance to win UKP1,000 worth of equipment in a prize draw during the first 10 days of store opening.
