Oracle’s has added enhanced forecasting and analytics to its on-demand CRM software.

Software-as-a-service offering, Oracle CRM On Demand Release 17, includes a redesigned user interface, giving sales teams more flexibility to customise their data view. Enhancements to data migration tools make it easier to migrate customisations from one environment to another.

Key features include an extended Partner Relationship management functionality to improve administration and a Life Sciences Edition for pharmaceutical companies.

At the same time, Oracle launched an update to its Social Services Suite, which includes updated versions of Oracle’s Siebel CRM Public Sector 8.2. This launch aims to provide a 360 degree of clients and families.

“It gives a complete and full platform for social services. In terms of government spending pressure, it’s a great proposition for them to help make savings,” says Steve Fearon, vp CRM at Oracle.
