Micro Focus Plc yesterday warned that the increase in revenue growth it had expected from new product announcements may not come through place this year. Chairman Paul O’Grady says that the company expected some revenue growth for the current fiscal year but in the US, It will be difficult to achieve sequential earnings growth in dollars compared with the first half. O’Grady says that confusion in the market over new software technologies is causing a temporary slowdown in growth of spending on Micro Focus products. Weak sales by computer manufacturers across the world are also hitting OEM sales.
