Celltech Cellular Information Systems Inc of Houston, and Baja Systems Inc of West Chester, Pennsylvania are to form a joint venture to market and promote the CAMS and In Command software as the first real-time billing and management information sytem for telecommunication companies: until recently, management information databases were separate from the switch call activity, and a real-time billing and management information system product would help control the cellular phone industry’s bad debt, roamer fraud and churn problems.
