The US Semiconductor Industry Association’s book-to-bill ratio for October was unchanged at 0.95 but the August figure has been revised upwards to 1.00 from the reported 0.99. Average orders for the three months to the end of October were marginally up on the average figure for the three months to September at $1,190m, while three-month running average of sales at $1,126m was up 0.7% at $1,126m.
