Watson Wyatt has launched a new version of BenTrack, an online tool that is expected to help multinationals manage the costs and risks associated with their benefit and compensation programs across global operations.
Watson Wyatt’s BenTrack is likely to enable multinational organisations to centrally manage benefit and compensation plan data from multiple countries, subsidiaries, divisions or employee groups.
According to Watson Wyatt, BenTrack with local language capabilities and access to benefit prevalence data, the tool is expected to help companies maintain consistency and assess the competitiveness of their benefit programs.
Watson Wyat claims that the new version of BenTrack has been rebuilt and includes additions for user-defined reporting, specialised governance tools to drive process and accountability, access to market data for more than 60 countries and up-to-date benefits-related news
