What connection is there between computers and the ladies who grace page three in the Sun newspaper? Very little, we’d have thought, but our siblings in the European Community seem to see these things rather differently: a few weeks back, we received a clutch of Italian computer magazines – and our resident Italophone assures us that that is indeed what they were – yet the covers and most of the illustrations inside featured lovelies in various states of deshabille, and now the UK Press Gazette notes that France is getting exercised over a twice-weekly magazine, Tilt, that features a variety of figures in the buff in wht can only be termed graphic poses, a truly amazing nipple count of 196 – makes it sound as if the very name of the thing is a typo – yet is said to be aimed at under-16 computer buffs.
