Plaintiffs Aldus Corp, Ashton-Tate Corp, Lotus Development Corp, Microsoft Corp, WordPerfect Corp, all members of the Business Software Alliance, and Cresvale Far East Ltd have settled the litigation brought in the Supreme Court of Hong Kong against Cresvale for copyright infringement in respect of software: Cresvale acknowledged the copyright and agreed to pay compensation.
