Foundation Software has introduced Document Imaging & AP Routing Module, which gives contractors the ability to scan, route, view, approve, reject or revise AP invoices and other documents.
According to Foundation Software, the new document imaging module allows contractors to scan images in minutes and route to approvers using a built-in contact list in which the users select the project managers, controllers or others who need to review invoices and route documents for approval or revisions.
In addition, the new offering also allows contractors to view pending documents and provides due-date notification and enables complete drill-down into job distribution, including access to the original scanned image. It also allows contractors to approve, reject or revise documents, with a single click and improve efficiency and reduce errors by streamlining invoice handling between departments.
