Cap Gemini Sogeti SA’s Spanish subsidiary Cap Gemini Espana is looking to acquire any other companies active in consulting and custom information technology services: Cap Gemini Espana already owns 7% of Inisel’s computer subsidiary Eria but denies that it has plans to expand its interest; Cap Gemini Espana is the French multinational’s fastest growing and most profitable subsidiary and looks to do turnover of some $12.8m this year.
