American Airlines is proceeding in the English High Court against British Airways Plc, alleging abuse of dominant position in airline reservation systems. The US airline, which owns the Sabre reservation system, claims British Airways has contravened Article 86 of the Treaty of Rome by trying to keep Sabre out of the UK, and claims damages.
