Agfa HealthCare Appoints Jos Nyns As New CFO

Agfa HealthCare Corporation (Agfa HealthCare) has appointed Jos Nyns as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Nyns has over 25 years of financial management experience. Most recently, Nyns served five years as CFO for RealDolmen Group. Nyns will be a permanent member of the Agfa executive committee and will report directly to Christian Reinaudo President of Agfa. He will lead a team of 200 specialists in over 40 markets worldwide.

Jos Nyns started his career in finance at Elf Aquitaine Belgium in 1982. Between 1985 and 1996, he held a number of finance management positions at Estee Lauder, Upjohn and Schindler Europe. He was hired by EDS in 1997 and was appointed finance director for the Benelux in 2002. He joined the RealDolmen Group in September 2004 as CFO. Jos has a Master in Applied Economics from the Hasselt University.
