Pegasystems and Capgemini have expanded their global alliance to provide business process services to drive transformation projects for Capgemini clients.
Capgemini said the combination of its consulting and IT services with Pegasystems’ BPM service is expected to help clients transform business processes and improve customer service.
Capgemini and Pegasystems will offer global business process management services from upfront consulting, through deployment and ongoing services to meet ongoing change requirements. The two companies have worked together for over 3 years in financial services, insurance and other industries in both North America and Europe.
As part of the alliance, Pegasystems’ industry-specific framework offerings will be included in BPM services from Capgemini in the customer service, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and other markets. This combination of BPM services and offerings is expected to increase business agility through controlled migration, which enables clients to leverage legacy applications and existing investments with new functionality.
Pegasystems and Capgemini will also provide consulting and delivery resources, full training and enablement, and support for establishing client BPM Centers of Excellence (COEs).
John Barone, managing director of global strategic alliances at Pegasystems, said: “This combination of Capgemini’s world-class consulting and technology services with Pegasystems’ best-in-class BPM technology will enable organisations to Build for Change and attain the agility required to meet their global business demands.”
